"Club Clean-up Day-9 AM Outside & 10 AM Inside"

We will be having a club clean-up day to get the hall inside and out ready for the upcoming year. We use to do this every year, but we have not had one since before Covid. I know this is on a week day and many of you work, but if you are not working please try to join us so we can hopefully get through this quickly.

Outside Clean-up will start at 9am. John McGrath, MNEC and Ken Jordan, MNEC will be cleaning up the club lot and the church lot next door which is over grown with many many weeds. We normally do this cleanup for them every year as a thank you to them for allowing us to use the lot for our club parking. John asks that if you own any weed whackers, leaf blowers, shovels, large outside brooms and rakes to please bring them with you. Please try to park in our club lot or on the street so the church lot will be as empty as possible.

The inside clean-up will also take place on Wed. Sept 9 but will start at 10am. We need to empty out the area under the booth and go through all the boxes for shedding and junk removal as well at the upstairs cabinets in the booth, and a number of boxes downstairs and other general clean-up of the club prior to the first meeting. If you are planning to attend the inside clean-up please email me s.jmosser@comcast.net so I am sure we have enough people to do this.
