"Florida Bird Hotspots-Where and When to Find Them"
by Paul Smith, MNEC
Monday, February 4, 7:30 PM

Our first program for February comes just in time for those of you who have a spring trip to Florida planned. This presentation will showcase ten of the top Florida hot spots for bird photography. It contains information on the best times of the year to visit and where the top spots are, as well as a few clues on how to get those great bird shots. Our speaker will show us sample images of the types of birds that may typically be found at each location as well as anecdotal information on where to stay and dine for some of the locations. Paul will conclude this informative teaching presentation with a short multimedia show of award winning Florida bird images that will illustrate what is available for you to find and photograph.
