Club Entry Requirements and Information

If you enter as a club entry, the club's top seven entrants' total scores will be counted toward the club's total score. Each entrant may enter four digital images.

Select the appropriate entry form listed on the left panel. You will then select your club out of the list.

If your club is not listed, please email the exhibition chairman, Susan Mosser at s.jmosser@comcast.net, to request that your club be put on the list.

If your club is listed, click on the club name.

Once you are on the entry form, you should see your club's coordinator's name and email already filled in, though they may not be listed for all clubs. If this information is missing, please email chairman Susan Mosser at the above email address with the correct information.

Entrants should then fill out the form with their information as requested. Please be sure you complete/click all 7 steps for your entry or it will NOT be submitted. In other words, you must click Step 5 - Submit, click Step 6 - Validate, click Step 7 - Payment/Finish.

You will then get a confirmation email from the exhibition telling you your entry has gone through. If you do not get this email, you have a problem with your entry and should try it again. When a club member enters online on this form, and the club coordinator's email is listed, the coordinator will also get an email confirmation telling him/her that you have submitted an entry.

You can still enter your club by CD with everything in one package, with payment though postal mail if this is easier for your club. Please download a printable entry form and fill it out for each entrant and mail the forms with the CD.

You will need to work out with your club coordinator how you are paying. USA clubs must pay their coordinator, who will then mail all the fees to the exhibition in full. Foreign club entrants may pay their coordinator who will then pay as a group through postal mail or PayPal, or entrants may pay as individuals through PayPal. You should inform your club coordinator whether you have made the necessary payment or not.

Discounted prices for clubs are for 7 or more entrants:

USA $6 per entrant
Foreign clubs $8 per entrant

All catalogs will be mailed to one address, the club coordinator's, who will then distribute them to the entrants. All entrants will get an individual report card by email, and the club coordinator will receive a club report and your club's standings among all the clubs that have entered.

If your club wins the Best Club Medal, your club will receive an engraved medal plaque. The top 3 clubs will have all of their entrants' names listed on a page in the catalog and all clubs will be listed on the club page.

It would be very helpful to the exhibition chairman if your club would email/postal mail a list of entrants to the exhibition chairman Susan Mosser to assure that we have all of your club's entrants listed.
