Banquets
GLPA has two banquets each year: a holiday banquet, usually the first Monday in December, and the end of year banquet, usually the first Monday in June, held at the Porthole Restaurant in Lynn, Massachusetts. The Banquets are for all GLPA members and their families. They are nights of good food, camaraderie, good-natured banter, and as always, a few laughs.
Members should sign up for the banquets and payment for your dinner is expected prior to the event.

You have competed all year with your prints and projected images. Now it is time to be recognized for all your effort and everyone is invited. On Monday, June 3, the chairs in the Print and Projected Image divisions will be passing out awards to the top makers for all their prize-winning images of the past season. Even if you did not get an award come and join the celebration. The evening is not just for the winners because the Annual Awards and End of Season Banquet is for ALL GLPA members and their families. It is a night of good food, camaraderie, good-natured banter, and, as always, a few laughs.
Happy hour is 6:00 to 7:00 P.M. Dinner is at 7:00 P.M. The presentation of awards will start after dinner. Set aside the date and make your reservations with Dave Parsons by May 27 at the club, by mail, direct email to Dave, or you can sign up using the sign up link in the left colunm of this page. However you sign up, please pay me at the club or mail checks ahead of the June 3 date-checks payable to GLPA. Please mail to Dave Parsons 40 Bay State Road Lynn, MA 01904. Make your dinner selection from these choices. Prime Rib $26, Baked Stuffed Shrimp $24, Boneless Breast of Chicken $20.
