COVID PROTOCOLS
For the upcoming 2023-2024 season, hand sanitizers will be available at the club. We will continue to use the ceiling UVC lights for disinfecting after each use of the club as well as having the air purifying system on 24/7.

Awards Dinner/Holiday Party
(formerly Banquets)
GLPA normally has a holiday celebration each year and in June our annual awards celebration. Our holiday celebration will be held on the Confabulation night which is usually the second Monday of December. We will also be doing our very popular Yankee swap on that evening. The Annual Awards celebration will be in June at the club. These celebrations are for all GLPA members and their families. They are nights/days of good food, camaraderie, good-natured banter, and as always, a few laughs.
Notification of signups for these events will be forthcoming prior to each event.
The 2023 Holiday Party, Confabulation and Yankee Swap was again held at the club on Monday, December 18, 2023. It appears that most everyone has been enjoying having the holiday party at the club instead of going out to a restaurant. Lots of appetizers and desserts were served and the Yankee Swap was as much fun as it always is. Again, thanks to Carolyn Livingston for being our wandering photographer - look at her images here. The 2023 End of Year and Awards Party was held on June 10 at the club. Using the club facilities to host these parties seems to be working quite well. The atmosphere is relaxed and everyone has a good time. Here are images from the party taken by our roving photographer, Carolyn Livingston. Thanks so much Carolyn for these great photos!
The 2022 Holiday Party, Confabulation and Yankee Swap took place at the club on Monday, December 12, 2022. It was a very fun evening in a relaxed atmosphere. The Yankee Swap was a big hit. Thanks to Carolyn Livingston for the photos taken that evening. Take a look at them here.
The 2021 Holiday Banquet took place on December 6 at Spinelli's and everyone had a great time. Alix Smullin did a wonderful job of organizing the door prizes and the Yankee Swap. Carolyn Livingston was our roving photographer. See her images here.
